Enjoy the natural moisturizing benefits of bananas with this banana hair mask.
•1 mashed banana
•3 tablespoons honey
•3 tablespoons milk
•5 tablespoons olive oil
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Apply the mask to your hair from the roots to the ends. Cover hair with a shower cap or a plastic bag. Let the mask soak into your hair for about 15 to 30 minutes or longer if you’d like. Rinse out the mask with cold water, then shampoo and condition your hair as usual.
Note: *Make sure you blend this mixture really good, the last thing you want is to have pieces of banana stuck to your hair. Also use a shampoo that provides PH balance to your hair.
